    Registered Airmail will take 10-20 days which highly depends on your location.

    EMS Speed Post will take 3-10 days which may not available to all Countries.

    Return Policy

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, JewelrieShop.com has a 30-days money back return policy. Items must be returned in original unworn condition. If you have decided that what you have received is not for you, simply follow the instructions below.

    Please note custom orders are non-refundable.

    Preparing a Return Shipment:

    1. Email us to obtain a return authorization number.
    2. Ensure all pieces and accessories that are being returned are included in shipment.
    3. Make sure that all items are in original condition and have not been worn.
    4. Package the items in the same way in which they were received and securely fasten clasp, etc. to make sure that the items do not scratch or damage during shipping.
    5. Address the return package to:

    An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your returned items and the full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be applied and processed in the same form as the original payment. The full refund amount will appear on your following credit card statement.
